Optima Cast
Optima Cast consists of a knitted polyester fabric impregnated with a water-activated polyurethane resin. Polyester fabric can be burnt out thoroughly and is an environment-friendly material. A chemical reaction occurs when it is exposed to moisture or water to be semi-rigid. The finished wrap will retain its shape while remaining resilient to the touch. This resilient characteristic can make patients move slightly, so helps for the rehabilitation.
Optima Splint
Optima Splint is intended for emergency treatment of common orthopedic injuries including fracture and sprain. It is very light weight, strong weight-bearing, and air permeable comparing to Plaster of Paris. It also offers patients very soft and com-fortable feeling due to its thick protective layer.

Optima Splint Roll
Optima Splint Roll
OptimaSplint Roll is an orthopedic splinting system for temporary immobilization of fractures, sprains and strains. It is composed of multiple layers of casting strips, impregnated with a polyurethane resin which is water-activated before use. The strips are encased in a protective barrier of non-woven fabric to provide cushioning for patient comfort. It sets in approximately 5 minutes.
